Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle.
By clicking “Donate”, I certify that the following statements are true and accurate:
- I am a U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- This contribution is made from my personal funds, not from an account maintained by a corporation, labor union, or national bank, and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity.
- I am not a federal government contractor.
Any funds received in response to this solicitation will be deposited into the campaign's recount fund. Pursuant to Federal Election Commission rules, candidates may establish separate recount funds. An individual may make an additional contribution up to $2,800 to this recount fund, even if he or she has already made maximum permissible contributions to the candidate for the 2018 Primary and General Elections.
An individual may contribute up to $2,800 to the Rick Scott for Florida Recount Fund. A couple may write a check for up to $5,400 from a joint account (where both names are listed on the account) and this form is completed and signed by both contributors.
Contributions to Rick Scott for Florida are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
